I wouldn't recommend taking that route of course as these tinting services would not last a long time. Usually it involves using low-quality tinting films or whatever they call it. As for hubcaps, you can look for it on the web. I used Google and first on the list is this site, you might want to give it a try. You might also give your ride some more mods like auto body parts.
